Common symptoms of OSA include excessive daytime sleepiness and snoring.

The Obstructive Sleep Apnea questionnaire is based primarily on user-indicated symptoms (hold breath while sleeping, pain) and demographic information including gender, age and BMI. The sleep apnea risk is based on logic derived from an internal ResMed Australia study of 1039 unique participants who completed an online questionnaire and a home sleep test (using a NightOwl, EctoSense device) between 2019 to 2021. A risk of OSA indicates a likelihood of having an Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) of 5 or above which is considered as Mild, Moderate (AHI 15 to 30) or Severe (AHI greater than 30) OSA as per guidelines provided by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Note: this questionnaire has been translated from English (Australia) and the same levels of overall accuracy may not apply.
This questionnaire is intended as a self-assessment tool that may help you to identify if you have any user-indicated risk factors for obstructive sleep apnea and Insomnia. This is not a diagnostic tool and is not intended to be used for any medical purpose (such as the detection, diagnosis, monitoring, management or treatment of any medical condition or disease). Any health-related information provided by this questionnaire does not constitute medical advice. Your reliance on information obtained through the use of this is solely at your own risk. We recommend that you always consult your health care professional about the results of your Sleep questionnaire.
